Chairman
Israel Noko
Israel studied Law & Social Sciences Diploma at the University of Warwick and a LL.B in Business Law at Coventry University, UK, and subsequently completed three law Post-Graduate Certificates with the University of the Witwatersrand.
Israel is the Chief Executive Officer of Schindlers Forensics and also the founder of NPI Capital Partners, a private equity fund manager which manages an investment fund in partnership with RMB Corvest. As a critical member of the NPI Investment Committee, he ensures that all relevant and thorough due diligences are done to ensure a return on investment for shareholders and ensure that the its investment policy is adhered to.
Israel has also been involved in various mergers and acquisitions other general corporate/commercial transactions. He has also advised on BEE joint-venture structure, company formations and re-organisations. Israel has extensive experience in business entity formation and governance matters, M&A, and BEE financing transactions in a wide variety of sectors.

Chief Executive Officer
Maurice Crespi
Maurice studied a BA LLB at Rhodes and HDip company Law at Wits. Currently deep learning Machine Learning at Stanford University, Unity Development at UC San Diego, Crypto/Blockchain at Princeton and Mixed Reality at the University of London.
Maurice joined Schindlers Attorneys in October 1997 and became a partner of the firm in December 1998. Maurice is an experienced legal practitioner with a sound knowledge of South African commercial, property, labour, tax and corporate law. He is a highly experienced and established litigation attorney with several reported judgments in both the Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court.
Maurice heads a team of 18 professionals at Schindlers Attorneys and is the Chief Executive Officer of Schindlers innovations. He regularly provides guidance to boards of companies, both public and private, and he gives lectures on recent developments in commercial law. He is also a qualified Court-Aligned and Commercial Mediator.

Managing Partner Zuber Lawler
Tom Zuber
Tom facilitates collaboration among his colleagues and assists them with growing client relationships. He also manages intellectual property disputes and deals around the world, and counsels clients in relation to global intellectual property portfolios.
Tom represents leading companies in emerging industries and technologies, including legalized cannabis, blockchain, and eSports. With his brother Jeff Zuber, they founded Zuber & Zuber, now Zuber Lawler, in 2003 as a 3rd‐year associate with no clients. As Managing Partner, he has managed ZL’s growth from 2 attorneys working out of a Los Angeles domestic kitchen to some 40 attorneys representing clients throughout the world from offices in Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix and Silicon Valley. Prior to founding Zuber Lawler, Mr. Zuber practiced in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the New York office of White & Case LLP, and then in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

Josh Lawler
Josh's primary areas of practice are in mergers & acquisitions and securities law. He practices at the cutting edge of law relating to emerging industries and technologies, including cannabis and distributed ledger technology.
He leads the firm’s Emerging Technologies Group, with a particular emphasis on Blockchain (distributed ledger), cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology, virtual/augmented reality, cybersecurity, and related technologies. In this capacity, He counsels clients in respect to securities and regulatory matters, including issue of tokens and digitized assets; as well as development, licensing, commercial use, acquisition and disposition of all manner of intellectual property.
As a dedicated futurist, he brings enthusiasm and excitement to cutting edge projects. In addition to legal counsel, Josh excels at providing solutions for clients with his significant problem-solving skills and practical business advice.

Chief Financial Officer
Chris Bester
Is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a commercial focus. He has spent the past 21 years in various senior financial management and management consulting positions, where he was responsible for running accounting departments, management reporting, and analysis of financial records.
As a management consultant, he has broadened his exposure to numerous industries including logistics, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and mining services.
Chris is currently involved in numerous start-up businesses where he is guiding the development of business processes, procedures, and structure.
He holds a Bachelors's and Honours Degree; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Science.

Executive
Candice Dawkshas
Candice is an admitted attorney who began her career at Bowmans, one of the Big 5 leading law firms of South Africa, in 2001.
Candice holds a BComm degree from Rhodes University, an LLB degree from RAU and is an accredited Mediator Court Aligned and Commercial Mediator from the University of Cape Town.
Candice is the Legal Counsel and Head of Investor Relations of Virtual Nation Builders, Chief Operating Officer of Dispute-It and runs her own legal practice, CRD Attorneys. She is an independent trustee of many trusts and specializes in Mediation, Commercial Law, Litigation and Estates.
She is a trained Nia dancing teacher and SuryaSoul teacher and loves philosophy, meditation and audio books. She is currently deep learning to become a Certified Blockchain Expert and studying Blockchain through Consenys Academy.

Executive
Chantelle Gladwin-Wood
Chantelle is an admitted Attorney, Notary, Conveyancer, and Academic. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Joburg Attorneys’ Association and Chairperson of the Gauteng Attorneys’ Association. She is South Africa’s foremost expert in Municipal Law and runs the Municipal Law, Pro Bono, and Discrimination Departments at Schindlers Attorneys.
She serves as a sessional lecturer at WITS, and is an integral part of an initiative amongst several senior lecturers from institutions all over South Africa, to manage and innovate the teaching and learning space, as COVID has indelibly changed how lecturers deliver material across all legal fields. She has also recently been nominated to serve on The Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA) Chamber Committee.
She is currently pursuing an LLD at the University of Pretoria, in which her Thesis is focused on Public (Municipal) Law.

Michelle Neilson
As an entrepreneur, IT Professional and Enterprise Agile Coach in Financial Services and Telecommunications, Michelle has more than 16 years experience in developing and implementing progressive technology solutions for leading corporations.
Michelle is currently a Director of Schindlers Forensics.
Previously, Michelle was a Founding Member and Director of Gravity Works and prior to that, Freethinking Business Consultants, a financial services consultancy. Michelle has also held several senior managerial positions within large financial corporations. Her skills and expertise include Agile Methodologies, Six Sigma, Prince 2, ITIL, Release Management, Risk and Compliance Monitoring Solutions, TOGAF.
Michelle has an LLB, is at Certified Scaled Agilist (SA 5.0), Kanban Systems Management (KMP II), Registered Financial Planner, Psychology of Agile Coaching and Prince 2 Practitioner.

Megan Nutt Bester
Megan has 24 years of experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, digital design, project management, strategy and planning, art direction, through-the line campaigns, conceptual, ideation and implementation, illustration, fine arts, events and art direction.
International business and creative consulting experience in South Africa and Europe. Client and industry sector experience include: Communications, Legal, Forensics, Technology, Robotics, Education, Interior design, Fashion, Finance, Health, Investment, Security, Retail, Medical, Mining.
Future focused creativity, thought provoking impactful design and memorable visual experiences for through-the-line digital campaigns. Multi-cultural South African and European heritage is a source of inspiration for visual journeys, colours, textures, typography, mixed media and design. Working with a team of exceptional minds, innovative, entrepreneurial, mindful thinkers, technical knowledge and experience adds to the dynamic flow of her collective creativity.

Legal Counsel
Danmari Duguid
Danmari is an admitted attorney of the High Court and serves as in-house legal counsel to Schindlers Innovations. She has previously worked as a commercial litigation attorney, representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions.
She also has strong planning, project management and public speaking skills, which has contributed to various business projects over the last few years. She is ambitious and future focused, passionate about making a positive change in society.
Qualification: BA LLB (University of Pretoria).

Chief Technology Officer
Trevor Coltman
Trevor has worked with some of the most advanced technologies out there today, using everything from Gartner leading RPA solutions to customized automation suites through and developing tailor made solutions from the ground up using micro service architecture and edge computing techniques to deliver realtime cognitive services.
Trevor has been responsible for enterprise wide RPA cloud solutions; nation wide financial sector automation and document validation and extraction solutions. Recently, Trevor has been developing solutions to disintermediate legal systems focusing on dynamic consent and adding decentralized architecture to create a fully transparent, fair and just society in the conscious network we are a part of.
Trevor is currently working on certifications focusing on Smart Contract and Solidity Development. He holds a BCOMM degree in Economics, Management and Information Systems and a post graduate degree in Information Systems from Rhodes University.
